• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a Science or Medical-related field
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Independent and self-driven, while also able to work effectively in a team
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia and committed to a 12-month program development
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Possesses a valid driving license (SIM A)
